1. Stay upright for the first 4 hours following
2. Do not rub, touch, or massage the area though gentle facial exercises like frowning, raising eyebrows may help work product into muscles
3. Avoid strenuous activity for the first 48 hours

Post - Care - Dermal Filler

1. No make-up for 12 hours post treatment
2. Do not massage or apply pressure to area
3. Sleep - elevate head on 1 -2 pillows. Avoid sleeping on side or stomach.
4. Ice pack can be applied for the first 12 hours
5. Arnica can be used for the first week post treatment
6. Avoid sun exposure as much as possible
7. May consume pineapple to help with swelling and discomfort
8. Avoid strenuous activity for the first 48 hours
